A true partnership

Lincoln CDM provide bespoke advice and guidance on health and safety to small and medium sized businesses across all sectors, including production of risk assessments, assistance with policy and procedure writing and workplace audits and inspections.

As a growing family business, Lincoln CDM initially required financial and tax services to support their business. Bringing in a new office manager in 2017, it quickly became apparent that the business needed more than our accountancy services – they required business support, coaching and guidance to enable their future growth.

Employing our holistic approach, we were able to use the insight provided by their financial information to help the team plan for their future growth – setting realistic objectives and long term goals.

Alongside this we developed a fantastic relationship with the team, providing invaluable coaching and mentoring for their Business Manager, Emma White:

“The Beansprout team went above and beyond to support me in my role managing a busy office and our accounts – helping me identify where we were and where we needed to be to achieve our long term objectives.

“Providing a personalised approach, they always took the time to explain what they did and why in relation to our accounts – rather than just telling me they did it.

“I really felt like they wanted to help and were invested in my personal growth and that of the business. Feeling inspired I enrolled on the AAT Accounting qualification which I have successfully progressed to Level 3 on.”

Working together, we continue to support Lincoln CDM with financial and tax services as well as coaching support as they grow. By applying our unique 3Ns approach, we were able to forecast and plan for their future, identify cost savings and keep them on track through regular updates and quarterly management accounting meetings.
