Helen Christopher FCA is a Chartered Accountant and experienced COO/CFO with over 30 years of expertise helping owner-managed businesses bring order to chaos, take control of their finances, and fuel their growth.

Known for her forensic attention to detail and supportive, nurturing approach, Helen is passionate about mentoring business owners, demystifying finance, problem-solving, and removing the fear that often comes with managing money. She builds better financial systems and reporting processes that help her clients thrive.

When she’s not guiding SMEs to financial clarity, Helen enjoys travelling, running, and whipping up something delicious in the kitchen.

Kevin Abranches has spent 25 years helping small businesses navigate their finances and build a clear path to long-term success. Passionate about truly understanding his clients and their goals, Kevin takes a big-picture approach. He works closely with business owners to develop smart, tailored financial plans that get them where they want to be.

A dyslexic thinker with a knack for creative (but always legal!) tax planning, Kevin uses ‘big picture’ thinking to find innovative solutions that help clients save money, reduce stress, and thrive.

When he’s not working his accounting magic, you’ll find him cycling long distances, perfecting his BBQ skills, or enjoying cheesy chips with his family.

Beata Klejszta

Beata is our payroll expert and keeps our payroll department running smoothly. With over 15 years of payroll experience, Beata is a self-confessed “payroll nerd” and spends her time ensuring your payroll is running smoothly, your staff are paid in time and HMRC requirements are met. Beata removes the burden of all things payroll from our clients so that they can focus in what they do best, growing their businesses.

Admin and onboarding.

Paula: Hudson

Paula is our admin and onboarding Queen! With over 20 years in administration and a wealth of knowledge over several software packages and processes, Paula keeps us on track in a busy office and makes sure that our clients are well looked after. Whether it’s carrying out necessary ID checks or just making sure clients can access their portal, Paula is your go to person. She’s also great at organising our charity and social events.
