The initial review covers these two stages and costs £995 + VAT.
Redesign
If you decide to move forward, we can redesign the processes that need attention. This might include creating clearer systems, improving handovers, documenting procedures or strengthening the finance function.
Implement
We can also support you to put the changes into practice, train your team and make sure the new ways of working become part of everyday business.
Redesign and implementation are separate projects and will be quoted based on the work required.
